Yup! Officially over @Delta after i finish the 22 trips I unfortunately have booked already- switching the loyalty.
@Delta I talked to 5-6 people via twitter. And 4 people on the phone. You have a very upset diamond medallion. Even after talking to all these people, no responsibility or even sympathy was given. The story is far too long for Twitter. But an email will be sent to a manager soon
